本服务条款适用于行之科技有限公司（下称"行之科技"）提供的所有服务，包括但不限于 AI 软件产品开发、自动化系统构建及技术顾问服务。
2. 服务协议
正式服务须经双方书面确认，以具体合同或工作说明书（SOW）为准。本网站内容不构成任何服务承诺或报价。
3. 知识产权
行之科技官网的所有内容（包括文字、设计、代码）均为行之科技所有，受知识产权法律保护。未经授权，不得复制或使用。项目交付成果的归属在具体合同中约定。
4. 保密
双方在合作过程中分享的保密信息，应按具体合同中约定的保密条款处理。
5. 可接受使用
禁止将行之科技的服务用于任何违法活动、侵害他人权益的行为，或其他行之科技有合理理由拒绝的用途。
6. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，行之科技对任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。直接损害赔偿以相关合同金额为上限。
7. 服务变更与终止
行之科技保留随时修改或终止服务的权利，具体以双方合同约定为准。
8. 免责声明
本网站信息仅供参考。行之科技不对网站内容的完整性、准确性或适用性作出任何明示或暗示的保证。
9. 适用法律

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Xingzhi Lab ("we" or "the Company"), including but not limited to AI software product development, automation system engineering, and technical advisory services.
2. Service Agreements
Formal engagements require written confirmation from both parties, governed by a specific contract or Statement of Work (SOW). Nothing on this website constitutes a service commitment or offer.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, design, and code) is owned by Xingzhi Lab and protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable contract.
4. Confidentiality
Confidential information shared by either party during an engagement shall be handled according to the confidentiality terms in the applicable contract.
5. Acceptable Use
Use of Xingzhi Lab's services for any unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or any purpose we have reasonable grounds to refuse is prohibited.
