Who We Are

Xingzhi Lab is a small AI lab focused on engineering and research. We don't try to do everything — we do real, effective work.

We believe the real way to advance AI is to do engineering and research simultaneously — engineering keeps us grounded in real problems; research gives us deeper judgment.

Our clients get systems that actually run. Our research compounds into long-term core assets. The two tracks are not independent — they reinforce each other.

Build real, working AI systems

We design, build, and deliver end-to-end AI software and automation systems. From client requirement to running system — never stopping at the concept or demo layer. Engineering is our lifeline, and the funding and real-world anchor for our research.

Research

Explore the frontier of autonomous intelligence

We are building our own models — not as a future plan, but as work in progress right now. The direction is autonomous intelligence. The time horizon is long. Specific progress is not disclosed, but the work is real and the depth is serious.

THE NAME

Act First, Know Deeper

Xingzhi (行之) draws from the classical ideal of "unity of knowledge and action" — real knowledge comes from practice, not paper. We are called Xingzhi Lab because we believe only systems that actually run and work truly count.

Descriptions cannot replace systems. Plans cannot replace products. Our way of working starts from this conviction: act first, learn from it, then act deeper.
